Stannah offers a range of quality stairlifts designed with your safety and convenience in mind. They offer stairlifts for straight and curved stairs, as well as a model designed for outdoor steps. They aim to deliver and install your stairlift promptly. If you have a curved staircase, Stannah will need to custom build a rail to fit to your exact specifications, so it will take 18 days for delivery from the day you place your order.

 

Both the Sofia and Solus models have a specially designed seat load sensor that can detect whether you are properly seated on your stairlift. If you’re not fully on, the sensor will ensure the lift doesn’t begin to move until you are comfortably in position.

 

The seatbelt is easy to do up using just one hand and you have the option of a two-way powered swivel seat, which makes it easier to get on and off, especially where space is tight. Stannah’s latest stairlifts are designed so that the footrest, seat and arms can be folded up in one go, to make space at the end of the stairs.
